I already have a BeachStream account. How can I upgrade it to get full access to BeachStream and what does an ‘upgrade’ mean?
You can easily upgrade your account by following the process on our website. Upgrading your account means you will be able to enjoy full access to all of the BeachStream features, including live streaming of all matches (depending on your location).
I cannot view BeachStream because of my location – why is this?
This will be due to a variety of legal reasons, some of which may include existing TV rights/agreements.
How long is the subscription period?
Your subscription will be valid until March 18 and will automatically end on that date. You will not charged after this date.
Does the payment cover the cost of the whole season?
The cost of upgrading your BeachStream account to access the full content is € 4.99 and this cost is set on a tournament-by-tournament basis.
I’ve subscribed to the platform but haven’t upgraded my account – what do I get access to?
You will get access to last season’s content. This means, that you can access, for example, video on demand content produced at Gstaad Major 2017.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods online are all major credit cards, PayPal and SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG (for our users in Europe).
Can I only pay in Euros?
Yes, but please be aware that your bank may charge extra fees.
Is there any possibility to pay in another currency?
Unfortunately there is currently no possibility to pay in any currency other than Euros.
I want my money back. What do I need to do?
We are sorry, but refunds are only possible before the tournament starts.
Within the purchasing process you expressly wisedh to exploit the streaming services during the Withdrawal Period. Thus, You expressly agreed that Beach Majors may begin to make the streaming services available to you during the Withdrawal Period and you expressly acknowledged and agreed that your right to withdraw from your order under these regulations will be lost.
How does the payment process work?
The payment process is included in the subscription process.
For subscription via web browser or Beach App, you will need your credit card information ready.
Is it possible to use my iTunes or Google Playstore Account for purchasing?
No, it is not possible. We are not providing in-app purchasing for this product.
What can be the reasons for a non-working payment process?
If your payment process was not successful, please check that your credit card information is correct and the validation of your credit card. If it is still not working please contact our support under email@example.com and/or your credit card provider.
How can I use a Promotional Code?
If you have received Promotional Code for BeachStream, you need to do the following for gaining access to the full BeachStream service:
Enter and verify the Promotional Code during the registration process at the appropriate text field. After clicking verify you will get direct access to BeachStream.
If the promotional code is wrong or is no longer valid, you will receive the following notice: Promotion Code not found. Please ensure you enter the code exactly as it appears. In case you get an error message, please check again.
Please always ensure that your Promotional Code is correct before you proceed to the payment process.

Is there a season pass available?
We are sorry but we currently do not offer any season passes for our BeachStream service.
Which languages are available?
BeachStream is available in English.
If I exit the live stream, can I rewatch later?
Yes, you will get access to all matches played at the event and can watch this content until your registration period is over.
A broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 500kbps or higher is required so that you can get the full BeachStream experience. If you have an internet connection speed of 3.0Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below, you will be able to enjoy BeachStream content at its highest video quality.
Please keep in mind that the speed of your internet connection may vary on mobile devices, especially if you are not connected through WIFI, this might also be a reason for a lower video quality.

On how many devices can I watch BeachStream at the same time?
Sorry, but it is not possible to watch concurrent live steams. BeachStream currently supports watching one stream at the same time.
Am I able to mirror BeachStream from my phone to my TV?
We are sorry, but we currently do not support this functionality. However, this feature is planned for the near future.
I missed a match – can I rewatch it?
In case you missed a match of your favourite beach volleyball team – don’t worry: all matches will be available on the BeachStream approximately one hour after the match point. To make it easier to find the match you are searching for just apply one of the filters (day, court and gender of the team) and enjoy.
